Gonna buy a knee support for my bad knee

I have been having real trouble recently with my knee it really hurts and is quite annoying especially when after the new year I am expected to compete in a football competition. So I was looking online for some ways to at least make the ache reasonable for when i have to play football. I am going to do some strengthening exercises and in order to stop me stretching and spraining it even more I will be buying a knee support too. A knee support is meant to be excellent in stopping this kind of thing and I can also wear it day to day when I am not doing sport and as I think also when I am mostly inactive the aches begins to worsen and stiffen up so this should help. Lol anyway just thought Id tell you guys! Cheerio. I wonder If I order my knee support now it will get to me in time for Christmas... hmm its only a couple days tills Christmas but would be the best present ever because I love sports and at the moment I am incapable... hmmm I guess if I order one now from a place called nuovahealth which looks as though they do the best knee supports. It may come in time, who knows though guess there is only one way to find out.
