Host slim is rubbish

Recently for one of my website I got a hosting package from a company called host slim Europe... what a scam that turned out to be. Firstly I paid quite a bit of money for there hosting only to really not get a website hosted at all... For some reason they block you ip from accessing the website just for going on the website once.It truly is a garbage scam host partly because you wont even be given the chance to even upload anything onto the host because they simply block your ip for just literally clicking on the control panel url.... dont even bother trying to log in to the ftp. Once I did manage to get ontop the control panel through tor after many many attempts.. with a very basic set up which only really allows you to create a ftp.. no instant install for common content management system so you must upload through ftp and then install it yourself.. but there aint no chance of that ever happening because this host is always down or will block you simple as that really. I have tried for one of my domains to upload a site.. then waited a couple of weeks or rather forgot about the site.. then remembered again so I thought id upload the site but it turns out it still isn't working and same issues.. the support is terrible to say the least as well they simply will not help you in the slightest. It maybe to late for me to do a paypal charge back... but I just thought i SHOULD TELL YOU ALL ABOUT SLIM HOST EUROPE.......it maybe cheap but it so rubbish that it isnt worth 0.1 a month hosting id say because it is that bad.
